Video: War Room – Monday, February 24 at 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall
Monday morning’s ‘To God the Glory’ Bible study invites all members of LCRS and their friends to a video showing of “War Room.”
Description:  Tony and Elizabeth Jordan have it all – great jobs, a beautiful daughter, and their dream house.  But appearances can be deceiving.  Their world is actually crumbling under the strain of a failing marriage.  While Tony basks in his professional success and flirts with temptation, Elizabeth resigns herself to increasing bitterness. But their lives take an unexpected turn when Elizabeth meets her newest client, Miss Clara, and is challenged to establish a “war room” and a battle plan of prayer for her family.  (2 hours)
Official Trailer: https://youtu.be/2DbRwcrhiLA
Breakfast snacks will be provided.
Cost: FREE, but if you wish to make a free-will donation at the showing for the Garuna Foundation (which operates the Luther Institute of Southeast Asia for the training of local national pastors, deaconesses, teachers, and congregational leaders) it would be very appreciated.
